Portfolio Restaurant serves as an educational dining lab for culinary arts students at The Art Institute of Seattle. Classical cuisine and white linen service are the tradition at Portfolio. Open to the public, the restaurant presents a tempting menu of fine-dining courses emphasizing fresh seasonal favorites. Portfolio Restaurant, with a stunning view of Elliott Bay, offers elegance at an affordable price. Upper-level students create, prepare and serve the menus guided by Chef Instructor David Wynne, CCC. The service is directed by Restaurant Manager Dieter Schafer, CHE, FMP, MIH.

The Portfolio Restaurant is open to the public:
April 8th – June 5th, 2008.
Lunch seating: Tuesdays through Thursdays, 12:00 - 1:30 pm.
